My order has a photo, where do i send it?

Send your photos to logan@quinceanerainvites.com along with your ORDER ID or Reply to the email sent when you completed the order with your pictures attached.

How long does it take get my order?

Once we have everything to print your order, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for you to get the order.

How can i check my order status?

You can check it online, or requested by email.  Have your ORDER ID ready for faster tracking. 

Can you personalize my invitations?

On the traditional collection we can personalize lettering color and style.  On the modern collection we can personalize just about everything.

What is the fastest way to get my invitations?

Order online. This will take care of product details, wording and payment.  You should be able to upload your pic at the end of the checkout process.  If you image is too large just send it to our email.

Do you include envelopes with the invitations?

Bottle invitations, box invitations, plastic tube invitations don't include envelopes, the rest do.

Do you accept money orders or personal checks?

Yes. But we do not begin production of your invites until payment is received and checked.

Shipping to puerto rico takes 1 week more.

Order Process:

1. Make the order online on our web site or by email

2.  If in your invitation we have to change colors or background, or add a photo then you will get a proof, or a picture of the invitation.  When you get a proof, please reply to us saying if everything is ok, or what changes we need to do.  On the traditional collection, where you only choose letter style and color then no proof is sent, unless you request one. 

3.  For email orders we will request a payment by PAYPAL.  Online orders also pay with paypal at the end of the checkout process.  Paypal is a very secure and easy way to pay us, since is FREE and we never get to keep of see your credit card information. You dont' have to have a Paypal account, just click on "don't have a paypal account", and you will be able to pay with your credit or debit card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX).

4. After payment is completed orders usually take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in the usa
